Takes a bit of stirring to get lumps out. I poured through a sieve to get all lumps. Great product to have on hand when you’re out of half and half. Flavor is good.

This is my favorite heavy cream powder. It has nothing extra added. I like the taste. It mixes easy with a milk frother. I really like it does need refrigerator. Shelf life is good. Doesn't really have any smell, but what it does have is good smelling. Will continue to buy!

Essential for anyone on the carnivore diet. My wife uses this to make amazing carnivore biscuits. She did try to use in her coffee while on a trip and said it tends to clump.

Tends to lump up, requires some effort to make it smooth. Tastes odd, not like cream but like factory equipment... Maybe that's not an accurate assessment, but it does have a flavor that isn't CREAM. But it seemed to work where I wanted it to work.

I had a friend suggesting that you could add some to the instant nonfat dry milk to make it taste a lot better. It works great for it for more drinkable milk. I added a little bit when I made mashed potatoes and they tasted richer. When I opened the packet I removed it came in and put in a mason jar and vacuum sealed it in order to extend it after opened. I didn’t have any problems with mixing it with the instant milk powder. No unusual lumps. When I saw the price of it I thought it was kind of crazy but then I realised about how long time it would be around until empty and how much it costs for a pint of heavy cream in the store it ended up being a really great value. Once I need more I will definitely purchase more of this product.

I bought this thinking it would taste something like fresh cream when mixed with water, or could be added to my coffee instead of fresh cream. The taste is hard to describe but frankly awful. I eat a great diet so almost never get gas, but this product also gave me really severe and stinky intestinal gas that went on for hours. It's really horrible.
