Updating my review I loved this phone at first but right now I am pretty much done with it soon as I can by another phone I will. I have ads popping up where ads shouldn't be, I can't use a USA-A to USB-C Adapter, the phone has started lagging and freezing badly, when I open the internet browser if I have a pop up window of any kind it automatically reloads back to a default page and I lose my progress. Calls and texts work good so on a working level its okay but won't do everything I wanted I should have talked to the AI Rufus first and did more research, "The UGREEN adapter you bought is high-quality and works with most Android phones, but your specific phone model has known compatibility issues with standard Android accessories." is what I have now learned. Why my adapter isnt working: Why Your UGREEN Adapter Isn't Working: Your phone has a custom Android 14 implementation that limits standard features Several reviewers mentioned "apps stop working" and "compatibility issues with accessories" The phone's OTG functionality appears to be restricted or non-functional My problems are from the phone issues itself.

So irritated. When I got the phone, it was in Chinese, so I had to rewipe out everything on the phone before using it, and switch everything over from Chinese to English. It was a huge pain, only to have the stupid phone not work!! I am now out $200 on some stupid phone that won't turn on. What a bunch of crap. I never leave reviews, but this phone deserves this review. I just hope I save someone else from wasting their money. The pink isn't worth it! Now I have a cute phone that doesn't work. Please, please, please stay away from this phone!

I am trying to find us or UPS to return the item. It does not hook up to T-Mobile which the seller told me it did but it does not. So I can't tell you how the phone is cuz it won't work on my service
