Absolutely fun and great rod. I can throw a few hooks inside the lower tube of the pen, the only thing I recommend is replacing the line with new 4lb line. Caught so many fish with the kids and I can just throw it in the trunk or glove box and fish whenever I want! It's great! Stock line does like to tangle but again, always put quality line. Casting has no issues with new line. Small, compact, easy to put together and great little food for the money

After reading a few good reviews for this rod I figured I’d give it a chance. For $20 you can get some pretty high quality fishing rods but this rod compared to other rods I’ve bought didn’t even come close. This rod was terrible and broke immediately out of the packaging. I don’t recommend purchasing this product and I believe there are better products to spend your money on.

Ok so I catch a lot of little fish with this silly thing and I love the looks I get using it I put some 2lb line on it cause the line on it is terrible! But this little dude is fun NOW what's funny is I've been using it a while now and what's starting to fail on it isn't what you'd think.... The pole is starting to degrade rapidly and is not functioning very good and bending won't stay extended yada yada but the reel is surprisingly strong for what it is mines been lasting a while with no problems I plan on trying to reuse it on..... I'm not sure yet but this fishing rod has given us many laughs and I've caught many fish on the thing I would suggest getting the longest version tho this is MUCH smaller than you think or at least what I thought

Novelty rod n reel is Awesome! Had to send back 1st order due to crushed clam packaging, which could have been prevented with more care in packing and delivery! Replacement sustained slight damage but overall nice item!

This Fishing Rod is a great product for mainly fishing at a creek or a lake. To make this rod actually work good, make sure you buy a little set of tiny hooks and split shots by eagle claw because it casts really good with those. And make sure you don't cast to far because there is not much line on it. I bought this for my son who loves fishing, and he goes down to the creek with this rod and he catches lots of fish with his friends. Make sure you tighten the line because if you don't it will be an absolute mess.

This worked greatly for my son to travel to different fishing spots. Nice case with room for his mini tackle box

I LOVE throwing this little rod in my suitcase and fishing while on vacation. Dont expect to reel in any huge fish, but I always have fun catching a few small throwbacks at the beach/pier/jetty at the resort(s)...

This is a must buy for backpacking and for youth/teenage boys as a gift. Easy to use and compact. The rod is bendy, but can be expected with a collapsible rod that is compact.

First time we tried to use it parts went flying and that was it. No good!!!!!

Perfect little rod for spinning rivers, 1x eye came off but just guled it back in place, added 4lb line to the spool, fits in pocket and can be taken anywhere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
