I can see why this pecan rub has such high reviews! I got my order pretty quickly and I couldn't wait to give it a try. :-) I tasted some right out of the bottle, and it was umm-umm DELICIOUS! Maybe because it is sweet, though. I bought some pork chops to test and used it as a stand-alone rub and threw it on the grill. I'd have to say, that while the presentation was great before and after the cook, the taste was a little too sweet for me. Unless you like your meat sweet, I'd suggest using a base rub to compliment this pecan rub. Something like an SPG or some other savory rub may balance out the taste. Or maybe using a BBQ sauce will work, too. Other than that, I'd say this rub is very good. I'll DEFINITLY be using more it!

there are many but i have used this rub on beef, chicken, and pork. i know that something is good when my kids and my wife all ask for that be cooked again. the common ingredient was just this rub. this does not have an overpowering sweet or smokey taste but sits right in the middle and is pretty perfect. would highly recommend this rub to anyone cooking anything and i have even used this rub in the oven to the air fryer and had great results.

This stuff is good on so many different meats! The flavor is amazing and has a perfect level of sweetness and saltiness. Also great value for your money in this large size. Last a very long time.

This is our favorite seasoning, we have purchased it many times. It's the Best!

A co-worker in Oklahoma told me about this so I thought I'd give it a try. It great to use on the grill at lower temperatures but I also use it inside on my cooktop in a pan and add a little water to create more of a sauce to coat whatever I'm cooking. BBQ flavors are a personal and subjective thing and I tend to lean towards the spicy and less sweet side but this is good on both steaks and Chicken I have found so long at the grill temp is not searing hot.

Very good seasoning…. I was somewhat skeptical but wanted to give this a try based on value and other reviews. It has a very high sugar content so can caramelize and blacken meat quickly if you aren’t prepared. I would prefer a stronger hint of pecan but you can definitely taste it. The value is there considering the size and amount of seasoning you receive compared to other “name brand” seasonings. Very good on poultry which is all I’ve done to this point but have tried it several times. It’s a family hit!
