love the 2 tablets in my large cup of coffee, and it works great for my iced tea.

I researched it a little. Has no dextrose like the pink packets do. It has no glycemic impact, which was the main selling point for me. Eating dextrose causes blood sugar spikes just like sugar. Saccharin has been around for about 100 years and has had no bad press other than the rat thing many years ago. They fed rats an exorbitant amount of it and they had some tumors. But nothing said that anyone was concerned about that effect anymore. It just makes your tea sweet and other than that is inert in the body and just passes through. So we have stevia and saccharin in the category of most healthy, or least unhealthy artificial sweeteners. I like the taste of saccharin better because my mother made tea with it to cut out the sugar. I carry it in my purse and get two unsweet teas at Sonic each morning. I put them in my 64oz. insulated cup with 4 saccharine (1 grain). My tea with ice last all day in good condition and I don't miss sodas. If you put a little too much in, it will taste a little bitter or metalic. Just use the right amount. I use 2 tablets (1 grain each) in a large Sonic tea and stir well.We will remember our childhood drinking tea and keep our blood sugar stable using saccharin.

I am so happy this product is still available on Amazon. I have all strengths 1/4, 1/2 & 1 GR. So much better than those pink packets for coffee. :)

I like the product … just disappointed they have cut down the quantity and raised the price. I guess it’s a sign of the times 😏.

I use half the sugar and use these tables for the extra sweetness....

So much better than using the packaged paper sweeteners. Taste is the same and no longer find bits of the packaging on the kitchen floor.
