My son (age 22) has had knee surgery twice - he was a football player. He takes Glucosamine Chondroitin every day to help with his knee pain. He recently ran out and I hadn't had a chance to get a refill for him. Almost every time I would see him I heard him complain about his knee. He's a very active person. He works at a home improvement warehouse so he's on his feet - on concrete - all day and plays basketball several nights a week as well as golfing a couple days a week too. He's not a small man. At 6'3" tall and nearly 300 lbs he has a lot of pressure on his knees when he's that active so it's important that I keep his knees feeling as well as possible. This supplement is just the thing he needs to keep everything moving along happy together in his knee the way it is supposed to be. If this bottle does the trick I won't be spending $30 at a retail store anymore! If it doesn't... I'll update you and let you know! When I look online to purchase goods, I rely on the reviews of others to help me make my final decision. I have bought things that didn’t live up to my expectations and wished someone would have said something about it earlier. On the other hand it is awesome to find an outstanding deal and a great product. I hope that my experience with this product will help other consumers make an informed buying decision. Keeps me from aching and hurting!

This was the best deal I could find online and being a first time user I didn't know what to expect. I had extreme tendinitis in my knees a few years ago and no matter how much I iced or took care of them the pain would return as soon as I began playing sports. Since taking this product I have drastically reduced the pain to the point where I don't notice anything while I am playing and very light soreness the day after. Great product, good price, fast shipping. What more could you ask for.

My husband and I just started taking these. This is our second bottle and they seem to work better than the previous ones we were taking. Wil stay on these.
