Amazing little machine! Works very well for general cleaning and pet messes. Lastes long on a charge and is easy to clean. Self cleaning is great, uses hot air to sanitize the brush. Worth the money, better than the Bissel Cross Wave

This thing is awesome. I splurged a little and got the i6 stretch. I have probably 3,500 sq ft of hard floor (mostly hardwood, some tile). Vacuuming/sweeping ALL of it and then mopping took forever and was physically a lot of work. This makes it so much easier. I have three kids. It sucks up everything: hair, crumbs, dust bunnies, dirt, etc. Somehow the brush doesn’t get all wrapped in hair (which is usually an issue as my daughter and I shed long hair everywhere). I was worried it would be messy and drip water everywhere but it doesn’t. Very easy to use- intuitive. The amount of water left on the floor is so minimal and dries quickly so I’m not worried about it damaging the wood floors. The water in the used tank is nasty (which is good- it means it is working). It’s definitely not something that would be easy to use daily or anything- it’s a process to clean, but the self cleaning function makes it easy. The most time consuming thing is emptying out the dirty water canister after you let it self clean because you need to clean out all the crap it “vacuumed” up, let it dry out, etc. I’m not sure how the battery will last long term (I’ve only had it a couple months) but it currently lasts a while. I can easily get my whole first floor done on one charge- maybe more if I was going quicker. You do need to conserve a little battery at the end for the self cleaning- if you run it until it’s dead, it will need to charge a little before you can run the self-clean. The bottle of solution it comes with will last a while too because you only use one cap-full at a time. I can’t think of anything I don’t love!

I have big dogs that seem to always have muddy paws. This cleaner does a great job at getting the ground in dirt and dog hair off the floor. With the self cleaning routine this vacuum is always ready to go. A must have for dog owners.

A good unit. Only have a couple of wishes. 1. I wish it had a light. I knew there was no light before purchasing but after using it I realize what a good feature that my old ones had. It's very useful. 2. I wish you could replace the roller with a more stiffer roller to help scrub the floors. U have to make several pass through to scrape things off the floor, and most of the times it still doesn't remove everything. Roller options would be very helpful for pet owners. All in all, it's easy to use and I like it.

3 times in my life that I have been so thrilled with a product I have to tell everyone. 1. Ninja blende 2. Weston heated coat, I live in Alaska 3. This Tineco i6. It is life changing. I have 2 dogs that shed non stop and a new construction home without grass. Dog prints on my new dark gray floor are constant. Trying g to vacuum and then mop is too much of a job for me. I had dual carpo tunnel surgery and I couldn't do either. This product is light weight and does an EXCELLENT job all at the same time. Can't say enough about it. Easy to assemble, easy to use, cleans even stuck on dirt, and easy to clean. Must have if you ha e dogs.

As another reviewer mentioned, after only two uses I noticed the unit leaving streaks of water on the floor during cleaning. At the time, I didn’t realize the issue was caused by a crack in the clean water canister’s dispensing mechanism, which led to excess water leaking. I’m unsure whether the canister arrived already damaged or if the crack developed during the self-cleaning cycle.

Ok. This cleaner is amazing! I have three dogs and they come in from outside with dirty paws am the time and I just run this and it cleans my hardwood floors easily. The self cleaning is a plus. I put it on cleaning cycle after every use. It is definitely worth every penny.

Very disappointed. I feel like this was very over hyped. The cordless vacuum & mop all in one is beautiful. But the machine does not get close to the walls. The brush doesn’t tangle but you’re sure fixing to pull hair out of the inside of the vacuum for it to work so if you have pets or shed a lot of hair it’s super inconvenient. The machine says only use the tineco solution but I have streaks all over my floor. The machine self cleans which is absolutely amazing. But it doesn’t dry the brush hardly at all. Battery is ok. It’s not super heavy. Just not what I expected. Needs work for the price.

This has changed my life and my daily chores ! It saves me so much time. We got a marble floor in the kitchen & laminate floor in the living room : Tineco Vacuum is a game changer , it goes everywhere and mop / hoover everything. For the context , we have a crawling baby, a toddler and a fluffy German shepherd .. Tineco makes magic 🪄 it’s so easy to clean and maintain the house ! The only downside is I had to change the brush after 3 months , and Tineco detergent is pricey …

I spent ages umming and ahhing over whether to pay a bit extra for this or get the Shark equivalent. This one seemed to have a few extra features and a slightly longer running time, plus the lie-flat, which is incredibly useful (I didn't think it would be much use but I've ended up using it a lot). First, the good points: 1. It's quite lightweight and super easy to use - you don't have to push, it pulls itself along, so you just hold the handle and steer whilst it does all the work. It was a bit weird at first - never had anything quite like it - but it makes it an absolute breeze and far less effort than a regular mop. Much kinder on my back and shoulders and cleaning is far less painful now. 2. The combined vacuum and mop is great - two birds with one stone and all that. I wasn't sure if getting a combination product would be like two half-jobs but they do almost as well as the two separately. The mopping is especially good / far easier and cleans as well as, if not better, than manual mopping or even my corded steam mop. 3. Battery life is decent for a cordless - I can do all my downstairs hard floors in a single charge. 4. The lie-flat is brilliant - never had it or thought I'd need it, but it's been incredibly useful for getting the yucky patches under sofas / tables and stuff and saves me moving all the furniture to clean up properly. The Not-So-Good: 1. I thought this had a constant self-cleaning mode, in that it would clean the roller as it went. It does have a cleaning function when placed on the stand, which does a decent job, as well as separate dirty / clean tanks, but I do still find that dirty water gets on the floor during mopping, which is frustrating. 2. It's not good with animal hair...though we do have rather a lot of it. I have to pull the wet, dirty clumps off and out of the roller / base frequently during cleaning, so it's either that there's just too much for it to cope with or that the suction isn't strong enough for the furballs when wet. 3. Expensive replacement detergent; it says to only use their own brand, and it does come with a small bottle, but when I looked, this was quite pricey. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the purchase. I did buy it when it had around £100 off though...I'm not sure I'd have been quite as impressed if I'd paid the full price. However, it's made cleaning so much easier and if not for the dirty water leaks and clumping fur, it would be close to perfect, so if you don't have lots of shedding dogs, I would highly recommend :)

Easy to use, cleans well and the drying feature is the best! No mildew smell and is super efficient at cleaning. The charging dock is great and the self cleaning is so much better on this model

The device keeps on turning off, and only runs for 5 seconds, this is despite cleaning it inside, so must be a damaged sensor or something. I ordered it 8 dec 25, and the problem started after about 2 weeks, and now less than 2 months later I lost the return window which closed 31 jan. i will change this review if tineco will exchange the product, but to give so little time to return a damaged product is very poor service, not to mention the obvious defect in the product itself.

I think this is a good addition to home cleaning. My wife wanted this a long time and finally saved enough to buy it. I specifically wanted to buy the Tineco S6 but bought this i6 by mistake. Stuck with it as I had already used it once before realising that. It works well and we used it for the last 2 months without any issues. The cleaning function is good and the water suction is strong. The floor is almost dry after passing over it. It dries reasonably fast within few mins. Battery longevity isn’t an issue with me as I can clean the whole of my downstairs and upstairs all in one charge and have some remaining. The waste water tank capacity is small. It gets almost full when I somehow house in one go. You have to make sure that there’s space for water to wash when you use the self cleaning cycle. The self cleaning process is really smooth. Put it on the base and just press a button and it does it all in 5 mins and even dries it. I feel this is a fantastic feature which swayed me to choose this over Tefal or Bissel. The flat 180 degree cleaning is probably useful for some but not used it much and I don’t think you will that often. Cons: The edge cleaning could have been better as S6 does a better job at it than i6. Some thicker dirt needs a few passes before completely removed. My opinion is that if you get a good deal for S6 then buy it. Otherwise the i6 is also really good for general household. It is certainly miles better than the usual bucket and mop. Also always choose those which have self cleaning and drying function as this will simplify your life a lot and prevent fungus buildup.
