How to care for & maintain these Delarlo pots & pans?

Just don’t use cold water when the pot is still hot

Before first use put in dish washer?

Love this pot! Not sure at the start but its consistent great performance, won me over! As with all stainless steel cookware. Hand wash first with Bar KeepersFriend. followed with 7th. Generation dishwash liquid. I do this to remove harsher chemicals from BKF. Secret magic: most people forget the great advantage " the art of the soak" gives you. Every complaint about burnt-on, stained or discolored cookware comes from people uninformed or unwilling to evoke the soak! After cooking,while you enjoy your meal...fill your SS pot/pan with HOT water and dish soap. After dinner your pots will come clean with a quick nylon scrub pad. Follow with above cleaning instructions. Eat well/be well gOg

Is it okay to use high heat to boil water for tea? Or will it warp eventually?

This pot is heavy and well made. It will not warp. I love it and I use high heat all of the time to cook vegetables etc. . I like the little steam vent in the lid too. Well worth what I paid
