Some joker returned his old batteries and kept the new one BK these were definitely not new and would not hold a charge. I returned and got another set. No problems thus far.

This is a battery for a robotic vacuum cleaner. Works great on my old vacuum.

These replacement batteries worked perfectly in my Neato Signature Pro. It even now runs longer than with original batteries when it was new.

Overall I am happy with these batteries. I kinda wish they had a bit more longevity but I'm probably being too critical.

Dropped right in to a Neato XV12. These last longer than the old batteries, but it is no where near the life of a Li-ion battery. The heat shrink protecting the wiring was not long enough and not shrunk, but should not impact battery function or life.

I bought these in June 2018 and initially the Neato had a new lease of life. The batteries enabled the Neato to run longer than it did with it's original factory batteries. We have a maid who comes every 2 weeks and she cleans the house. I only run this occasionally to in between her visits to clean up after the pets. I probably haven't used it at all in the last 6 months.Now with COVID19 (May 2020) we've asked our maid not to come so I tried using the Neato again. It only runs for 5-10 mins before being so low on battery it can't even make it back to the base. I've charged it several times but with the same outcome.
