Helps me sleep, kills restless legs

Magnesium supplements help me because I am prone to leg cramps. It is also important for me because i had gastric bypass surgery and taking additional supplements is strongly recommended because of the reduced absorbancy of nutriants in the now smaller stomach. These capsules are easy to swallow which motivates me to take them every day. It does seem to help reduce both the frequency and severity of my leg cramps.

I buy this all the time. It helps to keep my magnesium level. I eat a carnivore diet and magnesium is an important element in electrolytes which can be low in carnivores so along with potassium chloride this is a staple in my supplement regiment. Swanson is a brand that I trust and have been buying from for a couple of decades. I'm happy that it is sold on Amazon for when I run out of an item and I can get it within a day or two rather than direct from the company which can take up to 5 days.
