Machine larger than website image pictured dimensions. Does not fit in space desired.
Website picture of the machine with its dimensions states it is 41.73 inches tall, 23.2 inches long, and 11.6 inches wide. The machine I rec'd. is approximately 60 inches tall, 40 inches long, and 19 inches wide at the base (wider at the top). I bought this for the small size listed, as it would fit in a particular space, but it does not. I now have to crowd it into a different room, which I did not want to do because the room is the warmest in the house due to it being next to the boiler room, and there is no TV in that room to utilize while using the machine. Assembly: It took someone who is great with bicycle maintenance and repair (so some exercise equipment knowledge and workings) approx. two hours to assemble. It is helpful when assembling the electrical column to have two people.

Solid exercising machine however box was damaged upon arrival
The thing I disliked about getting this item was the box was damaged in route to the fed ex wharehouse when I picked it up. It weighs a lot but thankfully a fed ex team member put it in my car for me. I was nervous to open the box since it was damaged so I took pictures of the damaged box prior to opening the box just in case I needed to pack it back up in another box and ship it back to the seller. The seller packs it in styrofoam and this thick cardboard around the pieces so I was thankful for that. I had read all the reviews prior to ordering this item and made sure all the screws were there and pieces before trying to put it together. This was more difficult than something from IKEA. I mean there are directions however the packaging they put all the screws and bolts in is so thick and the washers blocked the numbers so I couldn’t take them all out of the package to use easily. I had to leave one of each in its place because of the numbering to match according to the directions so I would know which bolt or washer to use and not use the wrong one. Then to get into the package I had to use a knife and had to make sure I didn’t cut up the number in the process or I wouldn’t be able to find the correct bolt, washer or screw to use. This took my son about 1 1/2 hours to put together just because of the issues I listed. He wanted to make sure it was done correctly and each part that needed to move was moving. I only wish that they added a way to fold it up to put behind something like I saw with other machines. I read a lot of similar machines because of this reason and thought this machine folded up but it doesn’t. When you have limited space it takes up more space I wanted to give up. Now the reviews stated that the heart rate eas on point however I didn’t find this to be true for my experience. I’ve tried several times and each time it was wrong. I conoared it to my fit bit and Apple Watch. Both my fit bit and Apple Watch were the same while this items reading was off. I also took it manually that didn’t match to this item but matched to my other devices I listed. It’s a solid machine though and this morning was my first workout and I was pleased with the results. I was happy that even though the box was damaged because the seller packs it in styrofoam and that thick cardboard none of the pieces were scratched or damaged. If they make another upgraded elliptical machine I would tell them to make it more portable for easy storage like putting a button on it to make it calapse or have the trunk of it fold down somehow. Then when they package the required washers, bolts, screws and such make it so you don’t have to use a knife to cut through the packaging and or make the numbers of the said items bigger and not have the product block those numbers in the process.

It wobbles. Not a smooth work out.
Instructions are a mess. The print is very hard to read. Smudged ink? Massive pain to put together but not impossible. The trouble assembling would be worth it if the finished product was good quality. The finished product does not work smoothly. I feel it awkwardly jerking with each motion and it makes for a weird work out and slightly uncomfortable one too. How can I work out with this thing wobbling around? The tension knob does literally nothing. This is definitely not worth what I paid for it. Too much trouble trying to return if that was even an option.I had high hopes for this. Greatly disappointed :(

Not bad....if you can get it assembled!
This eliptical is well built and works well, but it is difficult to assemble. The instructions are among the worst I have ever seen. The broken English is bad enough, but the lack of clarity is terrible. Some parts are apparently misnamed in the verbal instructions. I had to rely pretty much on the pictures, which do help. The most difficult part of assembly involved hooking together two cables which form the tension cable. They were not long enough to connect. Finally I found a youtube video which explained that you have to pull hard on one of the cables to make it meet the other section. I had been afraid of pulling hard, for fear of breaking something. If only the instructions had said this, it would have saved me much time and effort. . The front page of the instructions gave a link to a video which does not exist. Incidentally, the hardware is all contained on a cardboard sheet that was upside down in the bottom of the box. Because of it being upside down, it looks just like the box bottom and I overlooked it until I realized the hardware was missing and went back and searched the box more carefully. Once I got it assembled, it works well. It does tend to wobble just a bit, but not to the point of being a big problem. For the price, it is a good deal. So, if you don't mind poor instructions, you might enjoy this product....but good luck on assembling it!

Not bad. But loud annoying knock every rotation.
Ordered this to avoid going to the gym because I am lazy. Pretty straight forward directions. Had to retighten everything once I started using it. Not gym quality but I get a good workout on it. I am about 215 and it can handle me on it. For the price it was a good investment. UPDATE: 1 month in and there is a horribly annoying knocking sound on every roatation of the left side. Tried tightening stuff up and even greasing the connections again. I hate it.Update 2: contacted the seller and they said it was fine and wanted to give me $35 as compensation. Working with amazon to get full refund now.
