Good points: This stuff works. I have been taking this supplement for about 40 days now, an on my second bottle, and have shed 17 pounds (!) with no change in diet or exercises. Easy on an empty stomach and no side effects. I take two tablets in the morning and that's all there is to it. It does a very good job with appetite suppression. Energy level remains the same if not increased. Very good value for the money.Bad points: None.I highly recommend this very effective product.

HASN’T WORK YET

I changed my review on these from a 3 to a 1. I bought these to help me lose weight along with my exercise, and diet. However I do not feel or see a difference after taking the whole bottle as directed. Seriously with diet and exercise I should see results yet none at all!! Im not happy and now looking for other weight loss help elsewhere.

Wow! Typically I crave 3 meals a day with multiple snacks in between. I’ve been using Theda and now I’m feeling even more energized while eating and craving less. Love how everything is natural as well

Like most supplements that claim to support GLP-1 production, it is completely subjective to the effectiveness of that product. Most studies claim that this ingredients listed here are supposed to be helpful to produce the same elements that help suppress appetite, and help with weight loss. I think that this has been effective in both of those things for me personally when combined with tracking food + exercise. The capsules are very easy to take, and the instructions are easy to follow. This will not be a miracle cure, nor will it replace prescription GLP-1 medications.

I am taking this product currently and I am not pleased, I am following the vague instructions on how to take and when I first started it, I was nauseous and had a headache. Now close to the end of my 2nd week, I'm hungry all day long. I will not be buying it again.
