Areza Medical’s Transparent Adhesive Film Wound Dressing offers a waterproof, non-medicated polyurethane barrier sized at 8" x 6". Each pack contains 10 individually wrapped dressings designed for easy, bubble-free application. While splash-resistant, it is not submersible and should be replaced after shower exposure. The acrylic adhesive is gentle but users with allergies should exercise caution.

Works pretty well for Guardian 3 Sensor, but no margin for error.
I recently switched to using these Transparent Waterproof Adhesive Film Skin Dressings instead for the "skin-colored" (ha!) Simpatch for my Guardian 3 sensor. I love the smaller footprint of the dressing vs the far-too-large patches that I had been awkwardly cutting down for years. This adheres well and I don't feel it on my skin as I had the Simpatch and other products. It moves with me, and I just don't notice it is there. It can be difficult to start to remove, but once an edge is lifted it removes in a snap with no pain at all. I would rather it be harder to get that corner up for removal, than have it not last for my entire sensor session. My only wish was that it was a smidge wider. I have had times where I couldn't see what I was doing on the back of my arm and got this too far off-center which affected the coverage. However, that is not the product's fault at all since I am using it for something they never intended it for. The current adhesive dressing I am wearing has been on for 5 days, and even though it has been open on one side due to being off-center for the past few days, it is still holding firm. That is crazy but great! I could replace the covering without removing my sensor, but it is still holding, so I am going to skip it. I appreciate the pricing on these as well. They are far more affordable than Simpatch, and the clear just means that people aren't wondering if I have a "growth" on my arm. I am diabetic, no need to hide it under something that isn't the color of my skin but pretends to be. I love these. This is my first box, but I will be buying more when these are running low. Thank you for making this product!

Inconsistent Adhesiveness
I got these for my daughter to wear on her face, as she is currently a 1 year old on oxygen and the adhesive the supply company provides does not work at all for her. I would have given this product 5/5 stars, but I’ve noticed inconsistencies between the first time and the second time I’ve ordered it. The first time around, the bandages worked great, not much to fuss about. However, the second time, I’ve noticed the adhesive is much more strong and tacky on the skin after removing. I appreciate the strength within the product, however, I don’t believe it should be so difficult to get off of her face when it comes to the weekly cannula change.

This stuff is magic!
I have a cut in the palm of my hand and I keep breaking it open even with just a Band-Aid... So I bought some of these medical stick-em thingies to cover the part of the Band-Aid that's covering the hole in my hand... This stuff is amazing once it's on it totally bends and conforms to your skin and it's holding the Band-Aid in place and I can wash my hands and everything! It's really really important that you clean the area thoroughly with alcohol and let it dry first because apparently the alcohol breaks down the oil on your skin and if your skin's oily it won't stick at all but I scrubbed it down with alcohol and a clean washcloth and this stuff stuck perfectly! Totally recommend!. I saw some of the reviews saying that it didn't stick at all and I guarantee you that if your skin is dirty or oily or damp or moist but it's probably not going to work but if it's scrub down with alcohol first and then you put it on it's going to be perfect!

Good enough but not as good as the brand name covers
They don't work as well as the more expensive brand name (3M) Tegaderm, they start to peel at the edges more easily and in rare cases the edges won't stay flat immediately after application. To be fair, once in a while the 3M stuff will do the same thing but not nearly as often. My insurance only covers generic meds and I use transdermal patches. They are very expensive and the generics won't stay on the several days they are supposed to. A nurse suggested the Tegaderm covers and they do work great but are a bit pricely. These work just well enough, I haven't lost a medicaton patch using them and they are cheaper but they are not as good as the Tegaderm

An awful lot to like in these!
Not as durable as Tegaderm, but much less expensive. For example, you may occasionally find them coming off after a shower or a few aggressive hand washes. Don't care, I throw on a new one -- which is probably not a bad idea anyway. I now find them easier to apply than Tegaderm, although I messed up *a few* before I got the hang of it. : )Excellent for easily infected minor cuts. Easy to cut into smaller pieces before use. So cost effective that I don't care about changing more frequently. Extremely inconspicuous, unlike a band-aid style dressing, and healing is visible, as is evidence of infection. In my experience they're quite effective at keeping the bacterial hordes away from broken skin. They're the bargain basement of transparent dressings, but perfectly sufficient for most of life's little wounds. Wish they had been available when my children were little! Every time my adult daughter comes to visit she grabs a couple, so I guess it's never too late! With a box of 100 they go a very long way, and I haven't noticed any degradation over about a year.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product! I will never be without it!
This product is for bandaging, but the “star” topics are for pills! I don’t know if that has any bearing on the review.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this!! I use it on so many types of dressings, many of which I’m able to do, only because I have this. My first experience with it was a cut on the palm of my hand. I put this film directly on the cut because it was snagging on everything, and that was it... nothing else needed! It stayed on through showers, dishwashing and, basically, anything else one normally does with their hands. My skin has issues with most kinds medical tape, but, at least so far, no reaction from this! I could see the cut, so I knew it was ok. When I removed it, the cut was healed! I think that it is probably best to use it directly like that, only once the wound is past most drainage, while it is draining, I use something absorbent under the film, but cut or fold the other material just to the size the the wound, then use the film. In this way, I can immediately see any sign of infection.
