Mate I reckon i could split atoms with this baby its that sharp. Or maybe its just my tender brisket lol, either way you can't go wrong with this range, I have a few knifes from this mob and they pretty decent fpr the cost. And if you like me, buying big slabs of meat from costco then, this knife is a beauty to cut nice straight chonky cuts of meat.
