I use for mountain biking. I don't feel comfortable not clipped in. These pedals are easy to install and adjust for tension. Just as good as the more expensive Shimano, and lighter. Easy to clip in on the go by just rotating the pedal with your foot to the clip side. You don't have to look down They rotate easily. Good bargain and good performance. I bought another set for one of my other bikes. I recommend.

I wanted to replace my mountain bike clipless pedals with a hybrid model. Got tired of needing to wear uncomfortable shoes if I was only biking around the neighborhood. These were easy to install and appear to me good quality.

When these were delivered they looked nice and high quality and I would have kept them except they only have the SPD cleat clips on one side of the pedal. All the other SPD pedals I have ever owned had the cleat lock on both sides. I don't understand how that works if you have to check every time you unclip that you are then going back to the right side of the pedal.

Got a pair of SPD sneakers so I bought these to use with my single speed bike and despite having never really used clipless much before these worked very well and the clip tension was set perfectly and didn't require adjusting. Surprised how light they are coming from the plastic pedals that came with my bike so I'd definitely say it's worth the upgrade.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have bought two pairs of these and after three years I can say it was a complete waste of my money. I discovered why this evening, when I opened a pair of them up due to their no longer turning well and discovered that there’s no bearings inside. Just bushings and grease. I cleaned them, replaced the grease and they’re still mediocre. Uh huh. I had something similar happened to me many years ago when I bought a cheap chainsaw. I discovered then what it means to buy junk, as opposed to buying quality products. The saw in question had a decent enough reputation, had a big engine and a big bar, but I wore it out in one season. I discovered why later when I talked to a small engine mechanic. Cheaply made. I wish I could say nice things about these petals. They look nice? But that’s about it. I was able to use some parts off of them. Bottom line? Spend some extra money and get a real set of pedals, with bearings, that you can service every year or so. You’ll be much happier.

Live these 2 sided pedals, I used them with my MTB shoes when going for long gravel trails or regular shoes when just riding casually with the kids. I really like these pedals so Far (about 400 miles in). This is my second pair of Venzo pedals (the other one on my road bike) and I am really happy with them. Clips perfectly well, same to un clip (I did not tough the setting yet) and after quite a few rides with them they are still shiny and sturdy which leads me to believe they will last. Great value compared to very expensive Shimanos.

Well priced versatile pedals. Spd clips on one side for Spd cleated bike shoes and flip over for flat pedals for any flat soled shoe ( from flip flops to hiking boots). I mounted these easily onto my other bikes so anyone in my family can ride my bikes.

Good but heavy

Put these on mountain bike to allow for use with clips on decent tracks and the flats when trails were a little rougher. Can't fault them.
