Just finished my 2oz bottle! I had Began taking 4 dropper full into a small cup of water and drinking this daily beginning 10/25/25 and finally had a period 11/8/25. I had regular monthly cycles that stopped and turned to light spotting. Went to the doctor and they found a small cyst, possible culprit of not having an actual period for 5 months. Got prescribed the Birthcontrol pill but I really didn’t want to take them and looked for a natural alternative. And I came across an Eastern Doctor who recommended Motherwort to circulate the fluids/blood in the body. Helping with fluid filled cysts, bloodflow to the womb for fertility(think inner lining for implantation), and so forth. So I gave this a try as I mentioned above 👆🏼. And within two weeks I finally got an actual menstruation flow, no spotting. I will say, it was a medium-heavy flow. If I were to take this again I would probably down size to 3dropper full daily instead of 4. —-Hopefully from here on out my body adjusts and finds its natural rhythm again. Other: Taste is unpleasant use plenty of water to dilute the taste. Tastes like a shot of vodka😐 But benefits outweigh the taste. Hope this helps women out there🙏🏽 Blessings

Herb Pharm is my go to tincture company. Motherwort works every time for me. Palpitations, anxiety, rapid heart rate, Motherwort calms the system like a warm hug from Mom. I do not purchase this for the taste. Most herbal tinctures taste a bit awful but, I am truly growing to not mind this one so much because the benefits are stellar. I am an herbalist and can tell you for sure, nothing tastes great when it comes to alcohol tinctures. If you are struggling with taste try a tea or capsules. I use tinctures for quick action in the system. Motherwort has helped me thru menopause and continues to assist when stress gets high in my life.

Obviously this is a health product meant for regular use, BUT, I was looking for a mild relaxer that could be added to a virgin drink for social drinking alternative. After researching, Motherwort seemed like a good choice. I add it to kombucha to make a fizzy mocktail. It does add an “earthy” tone to the flavor but I’m not opposed. The combination of the Motherwort and kombucha make it a sippable drink and perfect for why I got it. I use a “double dose” and do believe it has a fast mildly mellowing effect. Next up, I’ll being adding Lavendar tincture to the recipe.
