this is a very good looking thermo its a shame that it doesn't do what it advertised i only had the hot food there for a prox. 4 hours and it was already cold..did not tried on cold items cause i wanted it to keep my food warm..it does not get the job done..

product was as described but finishing was rough. i cut my hand washing it because some steel edges were sharp.i wish they had 3 containers instead of just 2. it’s awkward putting food/soup into the bottom part without a separate container and lid. likely the cause of leaks. it would also be nice if they included fork/spoon.
