Quality belt, but Description is misleading read below
Let me first say that this belt is everything advertised regarding quality. Absolutely perfect. When looking at belts i do the bend test and most all belts fail unless they are tactical or have a steel "shank" in them that isn't very friendly to metal detectors. This belt is an ideal CCW belt, no flex and good enough looking to wear with your corporate khaki uniform. The BadThe belt is called a "gun belt" great, that is what I was looking for. The sizing chart tells you to order a 34 if you are a size 30, this makes sense considering you want a little extra for you firearm. The problem is that while they imply the sizing because "gun belt" and all they really mean that they mark a 32 a 34. If you are carrying a firearm and are a 30 you need to order a 36. Save yourself a return and order a size up from what they recommend. The attached image is of the 34 bund belt and an old 32 Dockers belt for reference.

Great belt, not so much gun belt
There's just no question about the quality of this belt. It is thick and sturdy by itself. That's the good.- I really like that I can change out the hardware with my own.The bad.- I would not call this a gun belt once you add a gun. I wear AIWB and I do not have a tummy to push my gun forward, however, my gun has a tendency to fall forward on its own and this belt does not hold it in place. I also changed out the standard hardware for my own buckle and it shows just how much the belt rolls forward from the top. If I wear IWB on my strong side right, of course, it does not roll out or over, however, the buckle still rolls forward with the holstered gun. As this leather softens over time, there will be even more rolling of the top portion of the belt due to the handle area of the gun falling forward. I have a traditional dress/gun belt that has a rigid leather outer and a solid core between the leather and it does not droop like this belt does...with a sub-compact! I will have to take some pictures later and post them.- The strap can also be difficult to tuck under the loop of the belt and I can foresee cracking of the leather where I constantly maneuver it into the loop, just like all my other belts have done in the past. Please do not think I am harsh on this belt because...whatever, you're thinking....I own other gun belts that are real gun belts and this does not serve that purpose as a gun belt should. If you are going to call it a gun belt, then it needs to hold up like one, no pun intended.

I don’t typically EVER write reviews
Let me start by saying I almost NEVER write reviews but I was compelled to leave one here. I have been buying belts for 30 years and they always underwhelm me as to how they hold up. I tried many times to take my time finding a solid belt but they all turn out the same in the end. THEN I stumble upon these belts from Exos here on Amazon and I order one and say “hey, what the heck, it’s $40 bucks, let give it a shot”. Not really expecting much I place the order. WELL, I now own 4 of their belts. I could not believe how well made they are and how they are so well crafted and for $40?!?!!! You can’t go wrong!!! A cheap, fake leather, plastic junk from the big box stores will cost you $35. All I am saying is that if your looking for a belt and your reading this review, snag one from Exos and uou’ll probably come back for another one once you realize the quality and workmanship they put into these belts. Ps: I don’t wear it as a gun belt, I wear all these belts with a sports coat and slacks to work.

One serious belt
Been using this belt for a couple of weeks now. This thing is a hoss. It’s one thick belt. You could damn near holster an AR-15 on this thing. It’s about 1/4 inch thick or so (only slightly exaggerating).Despite the thick leather, the belt is pretty light in weight. I thought, at first, that it might be a little flimsy. Nope. It’s durable and strong. The one person that mentioned “it’s loud” must be real sensitive. Yeah, the buckle rattles OFF the body. But it makes no noise while strapped on.I am a 33-ish waist (depending on how my diet is going), and I bought a 36 so I could comfortably carry if I wanted to, but my main use is to hold my pants up in business casual settings. This belt does the job.Nice belt, worth the money, real strong.

I've cut off buckles from old belts that have worn out over the years and placed my very best buckle on this belt
This is a thick top quality leather belt, well done. The Chicago screws allow you to replace the average quality buckle that comes with the belt. I've cut off buckles from old belts that have worn out over the years and placed my very best buckle on this belt. It made this belt even better in appearance and function. My heavy sidearm doesn't sag with this belt and holds it securely. I'm very pleased with my purchase and wonder if I'll ever need to replace this belt. Just keep in mind that this belt doesn't flex with your pants when you are bending over, it's stiff.

I really really like the Exos leather belts.
i don’t carry a fire arm, but I do carry a cell phone and multi tool on my belt daily. These quality leather belts are light years beyond your typical department store belts that fray very quickly. These are nice single layer leather belts that are very sturdy and gives confidence that they will perform much better and longer than typical “leather” belts. I’m very pleased with every aspect of these belts and look forward to getting others in different colors with or without stitching. Price wise, I think these are a bargain compared to other belts out there.

Very Comfortable, Looks Strong
Gun Belt, English Bridle Leather, 14 Ounce - Stainless Steel Hardware - Handmade in the USA! by Exos \The belt looks and feels like good bridle leather: not stiff but very comfortable, supple and strong. It appears to be single layer. It should retain its shape well and last a long time. The size of the belt is exactly as described: 40 inches from the end of the buckle to the middle hole. Well done!

Definitely fine quality, heavy duty leather. Cheap buckle.
More like saddle leather than glove leather, but if you need stiff and sag resistant, this belt is for you. Buckle could be fastened to belt in a better way, particularly so the buckle could be easily removed for deep cleaning and polishing. Especially important for the trophy buckle winner!!
