A little goes a long way. I use CeraVe skin wash, PM moisturizing lotion, and AM moisturizer SPF 50 sunscreen. Their ceramides, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid promote skin rejuvenation, add hydration, and minimize irritation from dark spot corrector creams with the ingredient thiamidol. Read the label to be sure it is compatible with your makeup and other facial beauty products. Be careful, there are other Eucerin products; be sure you choose specifically the one you need. About 8 months ago I had this spot slowly appear on my cheek. It appears to be a sun spot/melasma. I first tried using a retinol product on it that was meant to remove dark spots but it did nothing despite using it for a few months. It also seemed to make it worse somehow. As the spot got darker, I was quite embarrassed at just how weird and old it made me look. That's when I decided to try this product and the results were amazing. I only applied a tiny dot over the spot and massaged it in every morning and at night after washing my skin. I used no other products during this time. After 2 weeks, the spot was about 50% gone. Now after 6 weeks it's about 75% gone. I tried my best to capture the results in pictures but it's a bit difficult due to how light reflects off of skin. Each photo was taken after I cleaned my skin with no product on it. I am so please with the results. The spot is hardly noticeable now and I have my confidence back. I paid nearly full price, $40 USD, for this product and it was absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend trying it if you think it might help you. Some reviews have mentioned burning or other skin irritations. I never experienced any skin irritation. If you do, I would stop using the product as that's not normal. I would also recommend using very small amounts of the product. Do not use large quantities and lather it over your skin. A small amount spreads easily and does a lot. Make sure to consistently use the product when first starting out and then you can decrease how often you use it. For example, once I hit the 5 week mark, I went from using it twice a day to once a day.

Great product. Recommended by dermatologist (I ordered while I was still in the exam room) and its worth every penny. The reduction is my dark spots in a short time is amazing.

This works SO WELL! I purchased it to use on the backs of my hands, which is the place where I show my age the most. After a week my dark spots/age spots are SIGNIFICANTLY faded and the skin on the backs of my hands are smoother and plumper. I haven’t used this product on my face so I can’t judge in that regard, but the dark spot correction works 100% on hands. I can’t imagine that it doesn’t work on the face as well. Buyer beware though. The fragrance is STRONG. I use it before bedtime right before I fall asleep because there is no way I could deal with the overwhelming fragrance all day during my waking hours. It’s so strong that it could be headache inducing for some.
