The listing was for two pieces and I only got one. That said, I will review it regardless for the product quality: - The clip is kind of hard to open, needs a bit of force, which can be hard if you are starting to get arthritis. I'm literally not even 30 yet and I wish the spring was less springy. Maybe after repeat use it'll break in so maybe I shouldn't complain so much about this...? - Doesn't shift once you clamp it down, which is good - You can release it and pull it out without ruining the hairstyle also - Didn't damage my hair or pull any strands out Overall I'm giving it a 3/5, 1 star taken off for the quantity thing and 1 for how stiff the spring is.

I’m not a strong person, but I can generally open a claw clip. I can barely open these and it makes my hands shale a lot (with effort, trying to keep ). The spring on this is incredibly strong. It doesn’t slide through my hair easily, either. Once I actually got it on, it does stay in my hair really well, though. My hair is find and it was down and it didn’t slip at all. Of course, it was hard to get it out, too. The spring is really strong for a hair accessory. Miscellanea: I don't know if it's that functional? Maybe if you're a lot stronger than me? It was definitely not easy to use. The plastic is thick and it doesn't feel like it would break easily. Value for money? It doesn't show the price on the product page right now, so I can't tell. It’s neatly made. I didn’t feel or see any flash (scratchy bits of plastic) on it. Nice! P.S. I had someone else in the House try to open it and they really struggled, too.
