I bought this for a rear view camera on a trailer... The housings are nice but camera has a weak signal on the back of a 30 foot trailer. The video screen is small and it must be a 9 hz video feed because its choppy at best. The battery life isn't great (3hr) tops. I have a $70 rear view camera that is way better video quality. This Definitely is not very impressive.8/28/19 update . This this cuts in and out with the signal mostly out from on the back of a truck. Just trying to use it to back up a trailer because I give up using it on anything else. Not even good enough for that. Absolutely the worst camera I have owned, in hyndsight I wish I could have my money back! This pos is a total ripoff

This rear-view camera and monitor set is exactly what I need for peace of mind while rowing. Works perfectly and does exactly what it sets out to do. Because I am a rear-view mirror kind of gal I also have a mirror on each rigger. The camera and the mirrors give me different information as I am rowing, but I would not give-up the camera and monitor for anything now, after using them for a full season of rowing last summer. Thank you for the perfect tool.

I was so excited to get this camera. I purchased it to monitor horses on long trips to horse shows. They demo a bumper pull trailer, I am pulling a 3 horse fifth wheel with living quarters, I was reassured this would be ok. I have owned this camera for a couple years now. I have yet to get this to hold a connection for more than a couple minutes. I constantly freezes and says connection lost. When I contacted the company they suggested I move the camera to a further position. As long as I don't move it holds the connection. Traveling, not good. I have tried and tried and tried to work with this camera. The only plus I can say is, It does hold a charge for several hours (5ish) but without a connection..... $500 down the drain. (not including the harness I purchased, as well as the additional solar charger for my 18-20hr trips)

I bought this to monitor my horses while trailering. It is a huge disappointment. The signal does not transmit from the trailer to the truck. I purchased two cameras and the lack of functional is the same for both. Battery life in the camera is horrible as well. It was a lot of wasted money..I would not recommend

With all the hype I thought I had found a great camera for viewing in my 4 horse gooseneck. WRONG. NO signal at all except when there is a direct site of view NOT through the front of the gooseneck. What a rip off.

I own two cameras. One for my horses while trailering and one for rowing with a narrower angle lens. I can use same monitor for both uses. It works great has great picture quality and is very rugged.
