KanDao QooCam 8K 365 VR Camera Camcorder Live

I’ve taken this with me on a few travels now, and I’ve gotta say, this was well worth the investment. It’s fun to show off, and a good way to revisit memories when I’m back home.It’s not perfect yet, but I’m satisfied with where it’s at, as long as it continues to improve. Photos have a lot of noise, so images end up a bit grainy, and I’ve not figured out a way for the photo side of the camera to capture motion without making it a blur. The latter, I expect to be a software issue; the former...probably can’t be fixed with a few lines of code, unfortunately. I would love to be wrong about that, though.If you do buy this, first of all, congrats. Second, make sure you have the right kind of SD card for it. I’d plugged in a cheapo at first, and the camera would record for ~40 seconds before giving up. The data transfer rate must be high enough on the card to work for longer.

I really liked the videos shot on this camera. The quality of the videos are great for the price. The 3d VR videos looked awesome while viewing them on my Samsung VR headset. But I can only give it 3 stars for now because my edited 360 videos were all missing its audio track when rendering them on the Android app. I verified that this was not working on my Android app because I was able to use my wife's iPhone and the audio worked with the iPhone app. I am guessing this is a specific bug for Android. I will gladly update the rating if this bug is fixed.

Avoid this camera like the plague. After receiving it i discovered very few of the features promised were active its software and app. I tested it and got some shoddy results. I let it sit dormant for 1 month waiting for the iphone app to receive updates. It finally did and now the Qoocam won't turn on and won't take a charge. Their technical support said another customer in Japan experienced the same situation and the camera failed to start. I've spent 10 days going over simple facts of it not working and early on supplied a video of it not turning on or taking a charge. Buy one and give it a rests for 4 weeks, then see if it still works.

I suppose for the low-ish price it is ok, but I found it buggy and the user manuals quite poor. If install goes perfect, the manuals are fine, but it did not go perfectly for me so I was left with hours of screwing around to get it to work. I ended up returning it because it perpetually gave error messages about battery not being charged when it was fully charged, it would flash errors that the memory card was missing when it wasnt, and worst of all, it did not work on 2 of the android phones I have and I had to run it on an iphone 6s which is not my best phone. Resolution was just fair, and the software for the camera and for rendering was too basic to be helpful. 2 stars since it did work, just poorly. I think the youtubers who sing its praises must get theirs for free.

I bought the Kandao Qoocam from the kickstarter program. It shipped to me on time and I was impressed with the build quality. It has supurb image stabilization, great picture quality. I am retired and travel extensively. I also have an Oculus headset and the photos look fantastic in VR. The Qoocam has been my companion to document my trips. It has great battery life. Much better than the Insta360 that I had previously used. I Still use my Insta360 editing software since the Qoocam software is not yet up to the same quality. The support and marketing staff are receptive to suggestions though and I expect it to improve. Overall I really like this camera.

I really love this camera. I've tried both Samsung 360 cameras, as well as the new insta360 One X and this is by far the most versatile.The USB flabs are a pain in the butt to open, thats my biggest complaint. Their technical support are great, they've already implemented one feature I requested.

This is an exquisite camera. I am able to incorporate beautiful shots from this into my professional productions and take it with me on the go for my leisure activities. What I love most is the camera’s compact size, while supporting extensive options in post production.

There were way to many issues as an apple user, was unable to connect via bluetooth tried various methods and never recognized, software incompatible or not ready yet for apple user they have a simple editor that works but not enough to do the jobs I need. The camera does shoot very good pictures and video but also not compatible with google street view so lacking a few big options. If you are pc user you might really like it, but for apple user it is very hard for workarounds so I returned it for a more compatible model.

A ver, mis dudas antes de comprar, el video o foto en realidad virtual, sera de calidad? Los 360 seran nítidos. Si, ha superado mis espectativas. Seguramente los hay mas nitidos y mas caros, pero esta camara funciona bien, bastante bien. Tambien digo que la reproduzco en una oculus, no en un sistema de esos de meter el movil, no se si influye en la sensacion, imagino que si. Lo que no me gusta, la ergonomía, no es que sea cómoda de usar, al doblar la camara para 360 genera peso solo de un lado y es complicado de usar en un steady. Y los plásticos que protegen los puertos usb y la tarjeta micro sd, son dificiles de abrir y susceptibles de no durar mucho.

This is simply so cool. You have to go onto YouTube to see just what this can do as I would be here all day explaining. In simple terms though you can take photos or even film in 360°. With a simple twist of the camera you can then take photos or film on 180° but in true 3D. It's quite addictive and you will have the coolest memories of where ever you go.The support offered by the manufacturer Kandao is brilliant. You can contact them via their Facebook page and they will offer help and advice that most companies do not so you do not need to be afraid of this new technology.Just buy it and enjoy the memories that you record.

Ich habe diese Kamera am 28.9.2018 bekommen. Ich wollte nicht gleich Bewertungen anzuschreiben aber jetzt habe ich mehr erfahrung mit diese Kamera und ich muss sagen,dass ich sehr zufriden bin.Mit Kamera können Sie echt toller Video und Bilder zu machen,Hochauflösende Videos und Bilder sind wirklich sehr klar.Die Batterie ist groß und kann etwa mehr als zwei Stunden lang verwendet werden.Kamera hat auch sehr gute Stabilizator,das habe ich selbst ausprobiert.Die Kamera verbindet das Telefon mit WLAN. Ich habe Samsung Note 8 und mit verbindung habe ich keine Probleme gehabt.Bei VR-Gerät Oculus GO meine 3D stereo Video und Bilder sind auch fantastisch und super.Wenn ich vergleiche meine Samsung Gear 360 und Kandao QooCam, jedenfalls ist QooCam viel besser als Samsung Gear 360. Die Farben sind natürlicher und die Auflösung ist besser als bei der Gear 360. Das sind meine Erfahrungen mit meinen Kameras.Die APP QooCam bei handy ist immer verbessert.Ich empfehle microSDXC U3 Speicherkarte zum KaufenJedenfalls empfehle ich diese Kamera QooCam. Ich bin persönlich sehr zufrieden.Darum gebe ich 5 Sterne

Produit de bonne qualité, la finition est très bonne.La caméra est très facile à utiliser, il faut installer une app sur le smartphone pour visualiser ce qu'elle filme. Le smartphone sert de télécommande et les différents modes sont faciles à sélectionner.Mais il faut toujours activer le GPS sur le smartphone pendant utilisation, ceci consomme beaucoup d’énergie, donc avant de l'utiliser vérifiez que le portable et la camera sont bien chargés.Les différents effets de relecture proposés par l'application sont intéressants.À la première utilisation, après le déballage, il faut la charger un certain temps avant de pouvoir l'allumer (le voyant de charge est resté éteint au moins 30 minutes, j'ai cru qu'elle était en panne, mais après tout a fonctionné comme dit dans la notice).En bref c'est un produit intuitif bien construit, à recommander pour les amateurs de nouvelles technologies.
