Powders flow through the brush to your skin. When you receive the brush, the brush will be in the "closed" position. To open, twist the lower cartridge slightly to the left about 1/2" and turn it until you feel a slight "click". Remove the outer cap and slide the protective brush sleeve down. Hold the brush horizontally and place the brush on your wrist or flick the hair and the powder will flow into the applicator. Apply freely on face, neck, shoulders, arms and hands.
