Tastes great and so healthy for you. It’s a great snack with the protein shake. The blue berries do get caught in the teeth though sometimes but it’s worth it!

This product is simply dried blueberries, walnuts, and macadamia nuts. Chopped up finely enough that you can scoop and add to pretty much anything that would combine well with those things. For me, I use it to combine with plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese, which I don't love solo. It could be considered expensive if you're looking at this like it's a bag of chips. But keep in mind it is 30 servings. If you are participating in Blueprint, or any other biohacking / wellness initiatives, the price is not always the most important consideration. This was designed for convenience and optimizing health. There are no added sugars. It's already prepared. It's shelf stable. It has been tested for purity and contaminants. If you want to go through the effort: Buy dried blueberries (with no sugar added), walnuts, and macadamia nuts. Blend them together, and you'll have made a similar product for yourself. It won't be tested for impurities, you'll make a huge mess, and spend time and effort to create something you'll use every couple days. Or just buy this :) EDIT: A couple months in, my bag is still about 1/3 full. I love this stuff. I usually use two scoops because I love the flavor so much. Greek yogurt is very tolerable now, a couple scoops of this, a dash of protein powder for flavor and a couple scoops of collagen powder = awesome morning and day!

I've discovered a new favorite in Bryan Johnson's Blueberry Nut Mix, and I can't stop raving about it. Like all their products, this mix showcases the company's unwavering commitment to quality through comprehensive third-party lab testing - something that's become increasingly important to me as a conscious consumer. The blend of premium blueberries and carefully selected nuts creates a perfect harmony of flavors that's both satisfying and nutritious. What really stands out is the transparency in sourcing - each ingredient can be traced back to reliable suppliers who share the same dedication to quality and purity. I appreciate how they've maintained the nutritional integrity of each ingredient through careful processing methods. The third-party lab testing confirms what you can taste - this is a clean, pure product without any hidden additives or preservatives. Whether as a pre-workout snack, afternoon pick-me-up, or healthy treat, this mix delivers both on taste and nutrition. It's become my go-to snack, and I feel great knowing I'm fueling my body with such high-quality, transparently-sourced ingredients. For anyone seeking a premium, trustworthy snack option that doesn't compromise on taste or quality, Bryan Johnson's Blueberry Nut Mix is absolutely worth trying. It's a perfect example of how healthy snacking should be done.

This is basically dried nastiness. ITs crumbs that are dried out and taste like crap.

I've been following Blueprint since before these products were released, and at first I was ready to dismiss this one because of the terrible packaging (the seal does not re-reseal the bag - so you need to use clips and it gets oxidized) and the fact that the powder clumps up in any type of liquid you put it in. However, the clumping ended up not being a bad thing like it is in bad protein shakes - it actually gives it some texture. This with the crispy blueberry/nut combination on top is actually delicious and provides a nice meal that allows for chewing (most of my meals are Huel) so I've kept it in the daily rotation for months.
