I did some yard clean up after some flooding and hurt my lower back. I was miserable for days. I finally ordered this back stretcher and immediately got relief. I especially like the pump action. I lay on it flat and use the pump until I can feel the stretch. I would lay on it for 10 mins each night. If during the 10 mins I couldn't really feel the stretch anymore, I could give it a few more pumps to stretch me more. Others I saw had fixed levels so if one level wasn’t high enough you would have to get up, adjust to a different level and lay on it again. With this, the pump does that for you and is a lot more adjustable. Within a few days I had 100% relief from my back pain.

It was to too uncomfortable to use on the floor but it worked really well used laying on the bed where I could rest my head comfortably on a pillow. The ability to adjust the rise of the arch is a big plus.I incrementally increased the rise a little at a time which I think is a great advantage over some other products that have a fixed design.This product definitely seemed to contribute to the resolve of my sciatica pain

I like that this back stretcher has an added inflation device that allows the user to increase or decrease the arch level based on needs as this is a feature not seen in other products. It is very lightweight, portable and easy to use. It also comes with an unattached pad for cushion and easy cleaning. The price is great as it works just as intended and also helps alot with back pain. The price is great for the benefits you get from this product and it will make a great gift during the holidays for family members that unluckily share the same back concerns as myself. Great buy!

Extremely cheaply made pice of crap. Unstable, difficult to inflate with body weight on it. Just a gimmicky bit a BS for anyone whose suffered back injuries (I broke my L3)

The unit worked but did not help my back at all. The worse thing was the black foam mat stinks badly. I don’t know how they can sell this thing considering it’s got bad plastic which is not allowed in several states. They did refund me.

Very easy to use. You can start at a low level and raise it a little at a time without having to get up. My back loves this.

I got this product because during the day I work in an office in front of a PC and at night I sit at my gaming PC so I have the gamer hunched over shrimp posture. I was skeptical that this would work as I am 285 pounds but the airbags are thick quality material. It is helping me get back the natural curve of my spine and relieve pressure in the spine from sitting incorrectly.

This thing really stretches your back good, it’s comfortable and gets to a nice height. Easy to use you. I love the fact you don’t have to get up to adjust it just pump or deflate without even barely moving a muscle. Best part may be it seem like good quality for a low price.
