Loveee this product to help hide my grays while keeping my hair in place! No more flyaways!! The perfect ponytail everytime! You definitely have to wash your hair after use and it will sometimes smudge onto your pillow case if u sleep with it in but totally worth the coverage during the day! Its great for thinning hair also and helps colour the scalp to camouflage. I have been losing my hair alot lately and this helps cover those thinning spots along with gray coverage between colorings! No smell and easy to use!

So I have read other reviews stating it is messy when you open it or use it. I took that into consideration. I opened it carefully. Now I like this because I am very thin in my bang area so I don’t use the mascara like brush but I dab the product on my skin and use the sponge tip to spread it out so I have more of a natural hairline. You do get it in your hair but once it dries, I come through my hair and it doesn’t feel sticky or heavy at all. When I apply to my skin, it stays on very well until I wash it out. I bought a second one as back up. For me, this is a great product. Toppik really listens to its customers needs when it comes to thin hair.

It’s as thick as mascara. The instant I put it on my hair, I regretted it. My hair was sticky, matted, and weirdly streaky all at once. I had to re-wash my entire head to get it out. Never again.

The wand with fibers are great and really add thickness, but the smudge sponge pushes the color a little too hard on the scalp making it look less realistic. Perhaps better to use the smudge brush ok top of the head and use the wand for hairs at the forehead for a more realistic look.
