The item shipped quickly and came in one light weight box. The items are all great quality, the grip socks were very comfortable and strong grip for no slips. I love the package of the different levels of elastic bands, this keeps you from having to purchase them separately. Overall this product has been great and nice gift option.. Perfect for those just starting out with Pilates and that may need some guidance as it comes with a beginners guide.

This all in one Pilates kit is great for beginners like myself. I did not know what to purchase, and it all came in this one box with a bag to keep it all in.

This is a great addition to my workout regimen. I was recovering from surgery and was able to use this to still get in some activity.

As expected. I really wish that it had ankle weights but I wanted the all purple set so I knew what I was doing. Just one suggestion for this box, make the bands a slightly different color by weight
