Excellent Addition to an evening routine
Absolutely amazing product, delicious and the packaging is lovely. Really good quality and definitely helps me sleep better and be more relaxed at night. I don't imagine having an evening without it now, would highly recommend to anyone looking to add too their evening routine.

Taste is good but cheap and harmful plastic around each tea bag
Lemon balm leaves as such is good but the packing around each tea bag it is cheap and harmful! It is plastic and the both end of the tea bag string is sticked to the tea bag! People drink it as a healthy drink but along with that you are giving them microplastics!! I cut the tea bags and use the leaves now.

Rare find.
Lemon balm tea is hard to get so I am happy to have found this on Amazon. The bags are convenient and the pleasant taste is mildly lemony. It is supposed to be calming and helpful for sleep, I think everyone needs to make their own mind up about this, but it IS free of caffeine, so good before bed. I'll buy it again.
