Belly Binding
Three kids in, Post Partum Belly wraps seem to be the "latest craze" I had never heard of them until after my 2nd child. My friend had a C-section and told me the hospital gave her one of these on her way out the door. So after my 3rd child I decided to give these a shot. I got one of these and then a more expensive one (literally cost me $150).I did some research on this and discovered that, Japanese mothers have used a “Sarashi” for centuries post partum. So while this might be a new trend in America, its really been around forever. If you are looking for something that is going to get you to drop all your post partum weight in 3 weeks, well I am sorry to tell you, there really is nothing that is going to get you there. Early and constant wear really is the key here. However, this band is GREAT for back and core support as our bodies recover from 40 weeks of carrying a child and then the trauma of birth. The gentle compression will help shrink the uterus down to its normal size quicker. (thus, in a way it helping you get back to a normal size, but not actual weight loss). Additionally, I LOVE to wear this under my clothes to help me fit in (think Spanx to the max) my clothes and appear a little more myself sooner. To gain the maximum benefits, put it on after delivery and wear it for four to six weeks after delivery. So, my opinion of belly binding post pardum overall? I think its a great idea to support you and help ease the transition of the uterus. Now my review of this particular one. As I mentioned I own this one and a $149 one. My opinion: I didn't end up using the band long enough to really warrant the $149 one. The cheaper one totally would have sufficed on its own. This is a nice option and at this price, you really don't have much to lose.I like this one because the way the wraps are you can definitely adjust as you go (meaning, from being larger right out of the hospital to once you shrunk down a bit) the wrap allows you to customize it based on what you need. The material is thin enough you can wear it under your clothes/pants.The material is pretty light weight and breathable. You could wear this all day and even sleep in it (which I did)Size wise: I am 5'5" and out of the hospital I was probably 180, now I am 147 and the large fit me all the way through now.I received this HOVEOX product to review, but I am not a paid Spokesman. This is an honest review of a product I use, the opinions are my own.

Love it!
This works great. Great price. I've tried many different wraps, but I like this one the best because it doesn't make you sweat, it is flexible but also great back support for slouchers like myself, it is easy to put on and take off, you don't have to take it off everytime you go to the bathroom, you can nurse in it easily, it doesn't come undone with movement. Some people complained of a chemical smell, but it is barely noticeable and I have a strong sense of smell and I really had to sniff hard to notice it. I love how it doesn't roll up too when you sit like other brands do. Some people said it runs small, but i disagree. It is true to size mentioned on Amazon size chart and is suppose to be tight or else it won't actually help to get that belly to go back in. I used it all day and night for two days straight and have already seen great results of my belly going back to pre-pregnancy body. It won't do miracles, so you need to eat right and exercise, but if you are having trouble retraining your stomach muscles to stay in instead of hang out, this will do that for you as well as shrink your uterus back down to normal size.

Great Value for the Support
I ordered this after having a hysterectomy. I initially ordered a different one that was a few bucks cheaper than this one, and it worked okay for the first few weeks after surgery, then it got really stretched out and didn't offer much support. I'm 5'4", around 150lbs with an athletic build, and ordered a medium, which seemed a tad snug in the beginning, but now that I've been wearing it for a few days, it feels very comfortable and I think it will prove very helpful as more swelling goes down. I really like that it has multiple straps that help customize where you need the most support, which for me, changes daily. It also seems very well made and sturdy for the price. The other one I got very quickly lost its shape and the fabric started buckling, which is exactly not what you want around very tender areas.I will say that because of the multiple straps, it is on the bulkier side, and you might have some issues wearing clothes that are not forgiving/loose. My friend loaned me a pair of her maternity pants that have the stretchy cloth around the tummy, which is perfect for those times I need to leave the house and don't want to wear sweats or yoga pants. I tried a pair of jeans over them this morning, and it was a huge nope because the waist of the jeans felt like they were squeezing my guts.If you are unsure about whether a belly band would be helpful for your situation, this is a very low-stakes purchase, and I would recommend taking the plunge.

Better than Belly Bandit
Seriously way better than the belly bandit. I had both, and I would pick this any day. The belly bandit is a single band that bends and scrunches at certain points, this one moves with you and stays put. I always had to keep adjusting the belly bandit but this one would last for hours and I never had to adjust. It's also cheaper!

Not a bad product. I bought this one because it was one of the least expensive ones on amazon. I read reviews on sizing. However, I guess I choose wrong. I just had my daughter in Feb, I'm 5'1", 140lbs and it seemed I should've got the small. I bought the small but I should've bought the medium. To even get the pieces velcroed, I feel like I can't breathe. I tried to wear it a whole day and couldn't do it. Then I tried it just at night when I wasn't moving all around during the day and couldn't do that.

I loved using this after the birth of my second child
I loved using this after the birth of my second child. I liked that it was adjustable so I could make it super tight or loosen it when I wanted to just be more comfortable. I felt like it helped squeeze everything back in even if it was just me focusing on tightening my core when wearing it & strengthening my mid section again. I wasn't so dedicated to it that I slept in it or anything, but I was happy to have it to wear around the house post-partum.
