Always wanted a D&B purse like this but it is really large and stiff and don’t like know thick the shoulder strap is. Not sending it back this will be a hassle.

Personal use. The shoulder strap is wider than I like, however, it's still a great handbag.

One of the main reasons I purchased this bag from Amazon is because the listing showed that the bag came from Dooney & Bourke. Imagine my surprise upon opening that the receipt showed it really came from I Love Dooney. Don't like the bait and switch here.
