I bought the SinuPulse for my 13-yr-old granddaughter who has seasonal allergies. For several days, she had been experiencing a stuffy nose and beginning to get hoarse from sinus drainage. I had sung the praises of my Nasopure bottle for cleansing the sinuses but she wasn't about to try that method. After doing online research, I found SinuPulse and decided it was worth a try. After it arrived, she and I both read the instructions and almost immediately, she was ready to use it. Being a self-starter with just about everything she does, she needed little help from me. The directions that came with the device are easy to understand and make the process simple for first-time users. After she finished using the sinus rinse, she was delighted with the results and has been using it daily without any nudges to do so from her parents. After seeing how well it worked for her, I'm going to get one for myself. My Nasopure bottle will still be a part of my allergy arsenal especially when I travel. The SinuPulse device is not as large as it looked in some of the videos I viewed but not something I would would want to pack for air travel. It is quite compact and easy to store. I especially liked the pressure dial allowing me to regulate the intensity of the pulsating water flow. Extra sinus irrigation tips can be purchased so the device can be used by several family members. Allergies are a pain in the butt but can be improved so much by using a sinus wash. It doesn't have to be an expensive device. The Neti Pot is an ancient, inexpensive method of cleansing the sinuses. The Nasopure nasal wash bottle is also a good method. Ten years ago, I started using a nasal wash and have never had another sinus infection. I can't imagine getting through seasonal pollen storms without using a nasal wash. If you haven't tried it, please do!! 03.11.20 - A couple of weeks after I purchased the unit for my granddaughter, I bought one for myself. Best thing I ever did. It's not as quick as a Netti Pot or Nasopure rinse but the results are 100 times better. I've recommended it to a couple of friends with chronic sinus conditions and both have seen much improved sinus health. You can't put a price tag on that. Plethora7 LLC, the company who distributes the SinuPulse Irrigation System has excellent customer service. I've written to them a couple of times with questions and always received a prompt reply. When ordering online, customer service is a big selling point with me.

Let me start by saying that I don't like using this machine. I hate water up my nose. But I use it just about every day. Some days I use it more then once. That is because it works. I use the nasal cleaning function in the morning, and sometimes before I go to bed. For morning use, I mix the packet in a measuring cup, and put it in the microwave for 45 seconds. This gets it to a comfortable temperature. I then pore half of it into the machine. I use that half, flitting between both nostrils. This gets all the loose junk out, and loosens up the rest. About 10 minutes later, the solution has done its work, and I use the other half to wash it away. I tend to get a dry nose in the winter. I was planning to use the misting function to handle that. But so far, I haven't needed it. The cleaning has taken care of that problem as well. As you can see from my photo, I have wall mounted the machine on the wall by the sink. Mounting it is easy. You mount a back plate to the wall, and slide the unit down onto it. It was really easy. It is one of the better mounting systems I have seen. There was a lot of though put into the design of this machine, not just into the mounting system.

Nice product once you get the hang of it. I get bad sinus headaches! This puts a stop to them early! Well worth the money

Does a nice job of running water thru your nose. Didn't notice anything else, still runny nose, blocked sinuses and mucus flowing as usual.

Over the years, I've tried Neti pots; dunking my head in bowls of salt water and sucking up water with my nose; steam rooms, etc. This irrigation system is by far the best I've ever tried; nothing works as well as this to clean things out, leaving my sinuses feeling clear and soothed. This also means that my nasal spray is actually able to act on the membranes. If this took a half-hour or even an hour to use every night, I stiil wouldn't hesitate - BUT, it only takes five minutes!!! So not only is it much more effective, it's also faster and easier to use than anything else! My only issue is that the unit is a bit clunky in some respects; the water tank falls off easily; I wish it were a bit more "sturdy". Overall, if you have sinus issues, you need this.

I waited a month before posting a review. After, a month of use, I'm throughly satisfied. The instructions and setup are very easy, be sure to watch the videos on how to properly use the SinuPulse. After, the first use I did have some improvement in my sinuses but not a huge improvement. The third use was a turning point, don't stop using this after one treatment expecting a huge improvement. Keep going, it took time to build up that crud in your head, it's going to take a few times to break it up. The third treatment cleared my ears and the pressure in my sinuses went away. Now, I use the SinuPulse every other day and it's keeping my congestion at bay! Great product, easy to use and clean, I satisfied with the results.

Worked pretty well seemed to clog easy and it just stopped working after 2 years. Spendy for that length of time so will probably try and different product
