I'm impressed & happy with this one...
I'll give 5-stars for what you get at the price point. This thing is very small. The display is very clear & crisp. This little thing packs lots of features. The 3D-print on my sample is very nicely done - not rough like some others I seen. This has the upgrade and is very easy to use. I have been playing with it for a few days mostly clipping a long wire to the antenna for the HAM bands CW & SSB and some AM/FM radio. This must have an upgrade to amp up the little speaker output although I mostly use earbuds and have no problem with the audio. I'm impressed: Hours of fun. Very happy with this one. Works well above what I had expected. Nice little radio!

Low Volume/Firmware Upgrade Needed
The radio does not have a lot of volume. At volume level 30 I could not hear anything. It wasn't until I boosted the level to the 60s then I could hear the radio comfortably. Also, there is a dearth of documentation regarding its operation. The user receives a postcard-size instruction sheet which will leave you totally confused. Next, upgrading the firmware is a must. Github provides a flashing tool for this purpose but I could not get it to work, so using the web-based ESPTool is the way to go. The radio comes with firmware 1.01 installed but can be upgraded to v2.30 which is a JavaScript program. The firmware upgrade instructions on the Mini Radio ESP32 Si4372 Receiver is worthless. Search YouTube for upgrade procedures.

Fun Radio
This radio, while not a great DX rig, is quite fun. Its small size makes it perfect for traveling. Good battery life. Highly recommended.

Cute, but no cigar.
It’s diminutive, it’s amazing, but, frankly, it’s still a work in progress. It doesn’t pull in stations very well, but I will add a wire fastened with an Alligator clip and see if that helps. Great fun to play with.

Compacta, volumen aceptable, amplia cobertura de bandas, antena variable fácilmente de acuerdo a las bandas que se use.

Very fun little SDR in a box.
I was a little skeptical when I ordered this, but boy howdy was I wrong. This is a pretty fun little device that can tune all flavors of shortwave, AM, FM, and even several HAM bands. I hooked it up to an amplified loop antenna I have in my attic and was immediately able to start using it to tune in stations both locally and from far off. I'm really excited about this little radio and all the possibilities it provides for listening. Very cool and definitely on my favorite of 2025 device list.
