The Fly Crate Stealth Fly Fishing Tapered Leader with Loop | 9ft | 5 Pack

As any fly-fisherman knows, when you unwind a tapered leader, it inevitably gets tangled. Somehow I have been able unwind each of these without the frustration of tangles. I don't know why, because they are simple nylon leaders. Go Figure. The other aspect is a break that is unexpected. That hasn't happened. they unfurl the fly easily. No complaints with these leaders at all.

They hold up average. However what I didn't like was the fact they they are very rough and even at some points bumpy. Not a smooth line at all.

Great price makes the cold river days better with pre tied leaders this is one of many great things from the the fly crate .

Leader worked great. Got a pack of 6x, it unraveled easily and straightened out after a couple casts. Also the loops made changing super easy. Had no issues nymphing or dry flying with it and was really impressed with the overall strength of the leader.

These seem to be fair leaders for the price (really good price). They don't seem to have a very long fine taper at the end before they start getting fat. This could be remedied by adding more tippet but I was having trouble turning flies over (could just be me).Like I said great price, just not the same quality as a Rio or S.A. tapered leader.

They arrived on time without an hassle, and were very nicely packadged. The leaders feel really nice and light, even though I am using a heavier set. They didn't tangle on me at all, were easy to tie the nail knot, and very easy to tie the tippet on. The leaders straightened out very well. Overall very happy with this product.
