I tried a bunch of different colors to match the beige, generic, common tile in my 2006 home. Finally found the perfect match with the PALE UMBER color. The bottle lasts for a huge area and is easy to use. I applied it messily with a paintbrush, let it dry, then used wet wipes to get the excess off of the tile. It slides right off the tile, but stays on the grout lines. Don't try to clean the edges when first applied - you'll wipe it right off. Wait until it dries to go back and clean the lines.

Painted very wide grout lines in a custom remodel job. This product transformed the grout and was extremely easy to apply and control. The bottle fits in the hand comfortably and the tip of the bottle has a tiny opening allowing for perfect control. You will need a really small paint brush to carefully cut the edge lines for a perfect finish. I am very impressed indeed and would highly recommend. I used “light umber” and the color resembles that of an unshelled almond.

Our grout had a few holes in it and was not properly sealed. There were many dark areas and we found this is the exact color of the original grout from the same manufacturer. It was easy to apply with a brush and cleanup was easy enough with a rag and water. Made a huge difference! Don’t live with dark dirty looking grout, this seals also so when liquid drops on it, it repels it and no longer turns dark until the liquid dries.

Dont follow the directions Trust your intuition I used an artist brush and cleaned as went from tile to tile ...way easier
