Clear display, great features , comfortable to wear I liked the bracelet looks to be interchangeable. Over all great product.

This watch exceeded my expectations. I ordered it with the stainless steel wrist band and the black rubber one. My last smart watch I had the rubber one on it and thought I could use an upgrade. For the price this watch is awesome. I took a call in the shower the other day and my phone was in the living room. Call came in. Crystal clear and loud. If something were to happen to it. Id buy it again

Pros:I bought this watch primarily for the health monitoring: pulse, oxygen, blood pressure, etc. The user profile has an option (private reference mode) to manually input a cuff-read blood pressure as a calibration reference point, and it really works. I checked it three times against a cuff readout at the pharmacy, and the Systolic was perfect; the Diastolic was within 7-9 points lower. For a sensor-read watch, this is a very good blood pressure monitor. Not quite good enough for clinical use, but certainly good enough to monitor trending blood pressure.I tested the waterproofing by submerging it in six inches of tub water and taking a shower. No problems.The flashlight is pretty bright, but there are brighter ones.The display is brilliant, sharp, and easy to read even in direct sunlight.The band is a nice length that fits my thick wrist comfortably.The menus are mostly intuitive and user-friendly.It maintains a very stable Bluetooth connection. Connecting with the FitCloudPro app was easy.The watch doesn't have one-touch health monitoring, but there is a function for it in the app.The menu functions are still available even when the watch is charging.Cons:Overall, there is a lot of room for technical improvement in the way of quality and features.The watch only comes with five different faces, and four of them are write-protected. You can only swap the fifth watch face position with one of the few available in "dial library" in the app. Alternatively, you can create your own watch face from your pic gallery; I find that option to be much more preferable. However, you can never have more than the five faces at once. When you're ready to change again, you have to replace the fifth position face with the new one. I would prefer to be able to save at least four more faces in addition to the four built-in.Changing watch faces, or doing anything data-intensive is aggravating. The Bluetooth connection is painfully slow. A singe face change can take almost five minutes, so choose your face carefully before updating.Only two buttons makes the dedicated use limited; I would prefer this to be a four-button model. The screen swiping is responsive, but there's no hot button to turn the flashlight on for example. You can go into the settings to program the action the second button will take, and that at least makes it customizable.The app overall is very basic, with the exception being the sheer number of sports workouts available.Overall this is a great watch if you need accurate monitoring for your health in a durable package. I'm very clumsy and I often bang my watch into door frames, so I'm grateful the leading edges are framed in all-metal construction. I plan on making this watch my daily wear, but I will have a separate one to wear at night for sleep monitoring while this one is on the charger.EDIT: Removing one star and lowering my review to 3 stars. As far as I can tell, there is no way to hard-reset the watch if it soft-locks. That happened last night when I was sending a change for a watch face. Apparently I tapped the screen at the wrong time while it was updating and it caused the watch to fail the update and crash. It went into a constant restart mode where it would vibrate every six seconds and try to sync with my phone. I was stuck with this situation for 24 hours and no response from customer support via the app. I got lucky: I managed to push a new watch face while the Bluetooth connection to my phone was on during the 6-second intermission. I had to do this blindly through the app as the watch screen had been black the entire time. It worked, but I'm going to be very careful from now on not to disturb it during a watch face update.

I love the size of the screen and the several features on the watch. There's a sleep monitoring feature that i love. According to my watch, I had 7 hours of sleep last night. This was a great buy!

Watch only worked for 3 days. Was sent a replacement, New one only worked for 2 days. When I tried to get refunded, was told to sent it back. Never got refunded. Said refund was denied. Do not order this product.
