Headache
It's a nice product & everyone who has seen it likes it - But the assembly was a pain to get the springs in when your doing by yourself, other than that it's a nice product.

Toddler loves the plush realistic horsey
Our toddler loves the action and sound of this horsey. It’s very plush and comfy for her. It looks realistic and encourages our little one to want to care for it. I am very pleased with the customer support from this company. They went out of their way to make sure our baby girl had her horsey to enjoy in its full capacity. And she’s enjoying it!

Dissatisfied shopper
The finished product looks as advertised however the assembly instructions were not as simple or detailed as they could have been. We hit a road block at view 7 and only because my husband is good at deciphering limited instructions were we able to finish putting this together. I still think it is worth the price. The sound was not what I expected, but we will see how it is received. We will not know if is enjoyable for our great grand until Santa delivers. It felt a little stiff to me.

Terrible!
Very unsafe! Springs do not hold! After rocking for 5mins it popped and Busted my 4yr olds chin right open!

Great gift
I bought this for my Great Niece's for Christmas. It is fantastic and well made. The girls love it and it has safety features over the springs. Very happy with this product.

Little difficult to hook the springs up.
Great for kids grand kids, and great grand kids.

The bad thing is the handles aren't strong. We had to glue it together and put back on with super glue.
