These shitake mushrooms are truly excellent. Very clean and well packaged. They hydrate well on soaking and are well flavored. These are definitely going on my regular purchase list.

Nice flavor but way too small. I've never seen dried shiitake this tiny, which makes the a bit more cumbersome to stem and cut.

very good, used some of these to make soup after rehydrating them. great flavor and the resealable bag is a nice touch so I can store these easily. There are lots of mushrooms in the bag and I'd say the price is worth it for the size and quality. would gladly buy again in the future.

I love these; after soaking and dicing I add them to sauces and they add a richer flavor than fresh shiitakes.
