I like that I now don't have to bend way over to pick up pins or my clips

While I am happy with the quality of this product the on-line picture of the magnetic pick up shows it in blue. I specifically wanted blue because it’s one of my grandson’s favorite color. I bought a separate red one for his brother. I didn’t want to get two red ones. I wanted to ensure each boy could tell which one belongs to him.

The magnetic shield (which I didn't know it had) is very useful for the 10 lb lift the larger one has. I work on folding pocket knives and was spending a lot of time on my knees looking for tiny, dropped screws. Less time searching now. They grab any parts made of magneticallysensitive metals. You can find parts you didn't know were lost.

just what i was looking for.

I bought this gadget for work to pickup paper clips and staples.

This DOES NOT hold or pick up a 10 lb item. It barely picks up a 3 in lag bolt. I would say maybe 10 ounces capable.

Already found a micro drill bit I thought I lost.
