Q: What Are The Health Benefits?

Well the ingredients are limited to mostly peppers, water ,vinegar and a few other things. Vitamin C is 10% . Fat is listed as 0%. Sodium is the only thing that seems high at 180mg. Like with anything else eat in moderation. Husband loves this by the way.

Q: Is this like the subway hot pepper relish?

Not sure about Subway, but it is just like the hot pepper relish that Jersey Mike's uses, which was wonded in NJ as is this. It is not overly hot as Tabasco sauce is. More flavor than heat. But, it is hot. I use it on subs, grilled cheese sandwiches, hamburgers.
