Love this set! Definitely a must for anyone wanting to do water aerobics or non impact water exercises. The belt with adjustable floatations make it great for my husband and myself to use the same set of equipment. Which saved us money and space. So far they have held up well, easy to use and the included exercises were very useful. The belt fits all of us and the color is a very pretty blue. Would recommend this set.

They are fantastic. Wasn’t so sure how they were going to work but they are great. Gives you a good workout. They even give you a little workout to try. I love them!

Not bad for what it is. I have a herniated disc and needed a way to try and exercise without hurting my back. I’m pretty new to this whole water workout stuff, so I was trying to find an entry level product that would give me a good taste of what it’s all about. The foam was quality, it didn’t feel cheap. The dumbbells can really give you a good workout but you have to really move. Everything was easy to use, the velcro straps were easy. I did manage to get some sore shoulders through trying to stabilize the weight under water. I’ll be using next summer, I might even get the bar. The price was a little expensive but worth it. Good purchase!

This is a great set for the money. They are comfortable and become the right weight underwater. they have held up with constant use

We've been using for a couple of weeks. Excellent quality! Super dense foam that inheritantly will float so effort has to be made to push them down into the water. The ankle weights will definitely give you a workout even if just walking in the poolwith them on. The barbell weights easy to use and while the box has some exercises suggested there are so many things you can do with them to work out your arms. Haven't used the belt because we really haven't needed it since our pool is only 54 in deep. Great product in great value and a great workout tool for low impact water workout

Wow, I am not a strong swimmer but work out partner pushing me to swim. Tried a kick board and wasn’t happy. Bought this on a recommendation of just using it as water stretching and in place resistance. I used the dumbbells as a kick board. Provided great flotation and resistance a kick board didn’t then I added the waist belt. Wow. Great flotation and excellent addition to the resistance. Awesome set up for just legs only flutter kicks. Did 500m with this setup and was exhausted but felt great. Dropped a pound plus just in that first workout.

Exactly what they said they were!!

These are not weights, they are foam and float, they are awkward but very well made. Good for floating, not great for exercising. Easy to put together but belt is weird to adjust as it will only fit if you take more pads off. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend.
