The color is a much more grey than the depicted white (reason for 4/5 stars), but this is a great universal base for cat eye projects. -formula is smooth and not too thick, much better than other brands I have tried. -product arrived with small magnet. -product has fine particles and produces a very smooth cat eye effect. -finer particles means it is easier to manipulate. -It can be layered under colored jelly shades. -it can be layered under “mermaid” chromes. -I have worn this product for over 3 weeks without peeling. -2 thin layers produces a vibrant affect, and fully cured with 60 seconds each layer. If you have a limited budget but want to try cat eye/ glass trend, start with this polish, and add colors with toppers.
