I'm on my second cycle using this product. I take one packet a day. After my first cycle my period was amazing. No clots and it was very healthy with just one day of good flow. Some complain of tummy ache here in the reviews. I did need to use the restroom a bit more frequently but that was just in the beginning and within a few weeks back to normal. Small price to pay really for a regular clean cycle and it was nothing. Really comparable to starting a new probiotic. Another complaint I see is the packaging, and yes some powder gets such in the packaging but I just put a bit of water in the pack and dissolve any leftover powder and drink that too. The taste is very mild, faint sweetness. I really enjoy it and I'm a plain water drinker normally I don't drink anything sweet. No pregnancy yet but will update if I get my bfp. Usually takes up to three cycles on anything new to work. I'm excited though because after this supplement I think my cycle has been so normal and healthy.

My husband and I are on cycle 15 TTC and I have tried several supplements/vitamins. I have very painful ovarian cyst and I have trouble ovulating, this is our first cycle trying this out. So far I feel so much better I started taking this on the day I started my period and by day two I could feel the difference. I am now 10 days in and I haven't had any pain which is rare because I have pain constantly. So far I have mixed it with juice, coffee and my morning shakes it is flavorless and just a tad sweet I probably wouldn't take it with just water. I will update the review once I've taken it for a full cycle but, I'm definitely going to start buying this monthly.

I have been using this product for years and as a young women with pcos I have to say this product has been a miracle for me ! I never had consistent cycles before using this product but I have now for a few years now . I would absolutely recommend this product as well as a few others from this company!

First, this product was recommended to me by my doctor. I ordered through Amazon since I'm a Prime member (love that free two day shipping!). This product does exactly what it is intended do. I have PCOS and needed a little something to help regulate my cycle naturally. Sure enough, while taking this product, I was able to get a normal cycle like the majority of women. You cannot taste this product in drinks. The only downside to this product is the packets, they are near impossible to open fully/get the powder out of. I always have to use scissors to open. The packets make it convenient for when you're on the go, but I would definitely prefer a container/scoop instead.
