Dates are Pretty Good not too big. The bag is a bit hard to ziplock back up though.

This is a sturdy variety of date. Not overtly sweet and mushy like some snacking dates. I bake healthy muffins regularly and these really hold up in a recipe whereas some dates just vanish in the final product. These have a nice chew and don’t spike blood sugar. I recommend for those who prioritize their health as a way of life.
