I have been using this toothbrush for over a year now and I love it. It's my first electric toothbrush. I would say it probably doesn't clean as well as other more pricey and fancy brushes but it gets the job done. I bought this one because of how it resembled a regular toothbrush. The brush head, the weight and general body of it. My mom has a fancy electric toothbrush and I didn't like the thick barrel of it, so that's why this one was the perfect choice for me. It comes with two extra brush heads for you to change. These brush heads are kinda pricey but there are some third party sellers that sell these heads for a lower price. It's simple to use since there's only one button. You just press it, and it goes. It has a built in timer so it stops after the 2 minute mark. There's multiple colours, but I got the generic black. It also comes with a travel case which is great for when you're travelling.

I have a Sonicare toothbrush that I use for my standard oral hygiene. I am quite pleased with it. I purchased this toothbrush on a whim because it is so compact and is supposed to hold a charge for 14 days. It came with a case and 2 extra heads. I also bought 2 additional heads because this particular toothbrush does not use the standard sonicare toothbrush heads and I don’t want to be in the position of not being able to find the specific heads that work for this model. I’m thinking that since the heads are supposed to be changed every 3 months if you use the toothbrush on a daily basis and this is only for travel, the toothbrush is going to last as long as I do. It is compact, and should not require a charge for my short trips . My daughter is a frequent traveler and she has the same model with no problems whatsoever. I’m quite pleased with my purchase.

This is my 4th one of these. They last about 2-3 years. I'm on my 3rd rechargable and my 1st battery powered one. To those who complain about a proprietary cable to charge it. There is a reason. The old USB C to USB C caught on fire at the toothbrush handle. This happened to two of mine. There is a review on there that shows this. This plug is much safer and more stable. Do not let the cable sway you and if it does, get the one that operates on 1 AA battery.

Build quality feels solid, vibration is weaker than normal Sonicare, but still does a great job and feels good doing it. Two key drawbacks: (1) The charging port on the toothbrush is for a proprietary cable type (cable is included with the toothbrush). We're getting to the mid-2020s; it's getting harder to justify buying travel electronics that aren't direct USB-C charging. We can't be carrying a different cable around for each trimmer, shaver, toothbrush, and other accessory. (2) The toothbrush doesn't have a flat base, and so can't stand upright. That makes it tough to leave out on a small hotel sink, but even more difficult to keep in e.g., a bathroom wall cabinet at home without taking up a large amount of horizontal shelf space. Both of these are odd oversights for a toothbrush that's main advantage is that it's compact enough to travel with, hoping they resolve them in the next-gen. I'd buy it again in a year or two just to resolve these two issues.

overall this is a good toothbrush! I used oral b pulsars for years and was tired of having to replace them and wanted something that was more sustainable. however, my only complaint since switching is that the bristles on the brush aren’t as good as the oral b pulsar. they’re a bit soft and they don’t have the rubber bristles that the pulsar has which I feel like is a game changer. it would be nice if philips came out with different options for the replaceable bristle heads! I prefer a medium type bristle but these are most definitely soft. just have to brush my teeth for longer in the end to get the desired result. if there were more options for bristle heads I would definitely give this product 5 stars.
