Sturdy, easy to put together and good value
This easel was such good value it was easy to put together on my own and is really sturdy. It's pretty easy to adjust and as it's relatively light a can move it around my studio. I bought the 150 cm and it's a good height for using when seated, maybe a bit low for standing but I'm 5'7".

Great painting easel
Just required putting together - instructions maybe could be clearer. But it's perfect for what I needed!

Mostly easy to set up
Wood is of decent quality; smooth, no spinters and with slots pre-cut.There are pilot holes for places where screws get inserted however, some of the holes were misaligned or had 1 missing. It was difficult to screw in without a drill.Tips for assembly:1: identify which screws and pieces the guide is referencing (they call them accessories, which is likely a translation error).2: I recommend that you remove the wood dowels that are pre inserted into the wood, then add glue into the holes.3: If the screws that are pre-installed feel loose; unscrew, add glue into the hole, then rescrew.A-frame easels are simple and cheap, best for beginner to intermediate artists, as it is versatile in the locations you can use it (works well in both studio and outside). There are most definitely better easels out there that will serve different purposes, but for painting this should be all you need from an easel. The larger size is recommended for the best experience, since you can adjust it depending how you would like to work: standing or sitting.Works well as a display stand for signs and art if you were looking to buy it for that purpose.

Wooden Stand
Love the quality. I made it myself so it was super easy to follow the instructions. There’s a small logo that links to a video on Instagram too. That was also great help. Thank you so much I have been looking for the perfect stand for my canvases and this one is worth the money and versatility. It’s also easy storage.Thank youWould surely recommend

Great value for money - very happy
This easel is great. I didn't want to spend a lot of money since I'm just getting back into painting and wanted something to get me started again before possibly investing more further down the line. It is a good size, convenient for both standing and sitting. It is easily adjustable so can take a wide variety of canvas sizes (my first painting will be 1mx1m, which is probably about as big as I can get away with in my small flat). It was also really simple to put together. There are plenty of reviews that say the instructions are too hard to follow and make no sense, ignore those reviews haha. The people who wrote them obviously have zero practical skills and no logical brain power. All you need is a Philips head screwdriver and the ability to match the pieces to the shapes in the instructions, not exactly difficult.Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend for any hobbyist painter

Good student easel
This was the cheapest easel I could find so my expectations were low. It does come unassembled which is fine, I didn't find it harder to put together than your average Ikea flatpack, though the instructions did require a little interpretation. The quality of the wood is fairly low, some bits were poorly machined and the wood started to split as I screwed into it. Also, it's not very tall. I'm 5'8" so not exactly a giant and I expect I'll need to use this sitting down mainly. I expect it will break at some point but as long as I get a couple years' use out of I'm happy. Will stump up for a better one next time. If you're on a budget this should do you.

Great for the money!
Bought this for my elderly mother who has recently started painting again. The main reason I purchase it was because it was so cheap but I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness and how well made it is. Some reviews complained about assembly but we found it fairly straightforward and everything fit together well. Hopefully it will improve my mum’s painting (doubtful though ;-)Really good value.

Studio easel
Despite saying it was quick and easy to assemble, it was not. The front part was because it was obvious what fitted where. The back was not and the minute photo instruction that came with it was useless because it was all photographed from the front so you could not see how the back came together. Because there was only one long nut and bolt, despite assembling the back correctly, I was thrown because it did not fit where it was supposed to go. In contacting the makers, who then sent me decent photos of the back, I confirmed I had assembled correctly, and once I had a but and bolt of the correct size all was well. As you can see from the attached photo, I use a board upon which I attach the paper on which I draw. About 7-10 days later, having completed my drawing, the strut/bar beneath the board fell/slipped down to the bottom crossbar, and when I dissembled it I found that not only had it fallen but it had cracked. Having repaired it I drilled holes and inserted some bookshelf 'pegs' on the three legs beneath the strut/bar which will both hold the bottom strut/bar and take the weight of the strut and the board. It is now secure. I like this easel which is far more stable and easy to use than my previous one.I would suggest that the makers put some holes in the 3 front legs and provide the necessary pegs upon which bottom strut/bar can rest, so that each buyer can have the height they need for their paper, and if they, like me use a board, there will be no danger of tghe easel collapsing.
