Q: I intend on using this for loose tea too. What is it like for cleaning?

Hi Sammy. The Persian teapot has a glass infuser built into the spout to strain most loose leaf teas (except the really fine leaf or dusty teas). Keeping it clean is pretty easy. Normally you can just give a good rinse. The high grade borosilicate glass we use means it can also go in the dishwasher. Hope this helps.

Q: Can I make traditional Moroccan tea in this - on the stove so that the sugar caramalises? Is the handle stove proof (gas) and is it possible to touch?

Hi Absolutely not it isn't designed to be stove top. I would use a small milk pan with a lip then transfer the liquid into the pretty pot.

Q: What are the measurements of this teapot?

The width (handle to spout) is approx 22.5cm. Height is 20cm to tip of lid. Teapot capacity (filled to brim) is approx 800ml. The teapot includes a glass filter built into the spout for loose tea. Hope this helps.
