how long can you store the Pidy profiteroles? are they frozen? if not can you freeze then if so how long? Regards

The profiteroles come in a cardboard box and keep very well unused. They can be filled as is, but I think they are better crisped up for 10 minutes in a fan oven, that way they can take more filling and more choc/ caramel sauce.

How many are there per box

The box contains 250 profiteroles - 4cm each.

Not frozen. They come in a big bag in a box with a reasonably long use-by date, so I guess quite a few additives, but easy to store and they work well for a quick desert, or in place of a cake for a big group of people. I filled mine with limonello cream and piled up into a mountain with chocolate sauce and mini sparklers for an after show party where there was no access to a kitchen.
