Almost perfect
This was an easy replacement for my DVR on the Security Camera system. The fan spins a little faster and is a little noisier than the old one. But, where it's at, it can't be heard or be a bother to anyone. But, still should be noted for anyone noise-sensitive about such things.Airflow is restored and the camera system is cool again.

Junk Fan!
Finally got around to replacing this fan and when I opened the sealed package the fan was broken inside the unit! Unfortunately it was past the 30 day return policy. Buyer Beware!!!

Short wires
Identical brand and model, new one has two wires shorter by about 2" than the old one. Useless. You saved on 2" of wires but will never sell these products. Cannot reach my board.
