Overall, I want to love this wok, and use it for years to come. I believe the wok itself would meet my expectation. However, the handle cracked in the second week, and I don't know how long it will last. Only hope there is handle replacement available... otherwise, I would give it 5 starsupdate: The company has contacted me. And they are sending me a new screw and handle. I am pleased with its customer service.

So far so good!Actually it's my favorite wok so far,nice size for family kitchen use,not for commercial kitchen. Very sleeky looking,love the spatula came with it, very good, not those cheap ones. This wok is not cheap for for the price, but it worth the money that I paid.it's a high quality iron wok I would say!

We are really enjoying the new wok. It has seasoned well and is adding nice flavour to my cooking.Nice weight seems to be working well.

Excellent light weight cast iron wok with great seasoning, BUT the flat bottom measured only 6" across with a straight edge, not 7.2" per another post. This is too small to heat easily on a glass top stove.

The pan is kind of heavy, and it is not really nonstick.

Too thin, and temperature doesn’t equally distribute all over seen that it doesn’t have a thick bottom plateau, so food can get burnt easily.Also the handle, cheap and not useful. Should have been of the same material of the pan, maybe with a cover.The lid has that small woody knob which has a screw that holds it to the actual lid ( water and soap and dirt gets in it ), and in my opinion the handle should be somehow riveted to the lid.Update February 27 2019. The inside of the pan is already peeling which means trash!No I will never buy this product again

I’ve bought other pans, but don’t last. The nonstick coating burns off after a couple of months. I had this for a week. I used it everyday..I LOVE IT. I’m planning getting one for my sister since they also experienced the same thing with cheaper pans.

This nonstick pan is a very very nice product. It really doesn’t stick to anything and the size is really nice. I really like the lid too it actually caps around the rim so it’s so much easier to the lid on, love it.
