I should preface this that I have never rowed. Cons :The box came damaged. The decals are falling off right out of the box. Terrible assembly instructions. Bolts weren't lining up. The fly wheel was loose so it made a clicking sound at each pull and slowing down. Tightened it but it must not be balanced because now it does slightly shake after a hard pull. The foot straps are a pain to tighten and don't stay tight. The railing is scratched and dented. The seat does not glide quite as easily as expected or I have noticed on other machines. But I was able to get it together. The pull and seat are smooth. The price was right. The scratch and dent is at the end and I cannot feel it. I am concerned with the scratch eating up the rollers. It is right at the end of the stroke. I think I will try to get a replacement rail, otherwise, overall I am okay with it

Got this because I was looking for a concept 2 but didn’t want to pay the price. Now I know. Box came extremely damaged, I didn’t receive all of the parts, and stickers are also peeling off. Even though I wasn’t able to put it together because of the missing parts the seat is hard to move and the rail it attaches to is extremely sharp and cut me when I went to unbox it.

This is a nice clone of a Concept 2 rowing machine for a fraction of the price. The seat is very comfortable and movement is smooth, the frame and handle are both very sturdy, and the electronics seem to work well. I only have a few gripes that prevented me from giving it five stars: - The decals are trash. This doesn't affect functionality and is really a minor issue, but the decals were already falling off when the machine arrived. - The resistance range is pretty small. I would prefer a larger range. - The plastic is delicate. One piece was already broken when the machine arrived. I've contacted customer support but have not heard back yet. This really only affects cosmetics. - The machine slides on a wood floor. It would be nice if the machine had some rubbery material on the bottom to keep it from sliding around while in use. Overall, I'm very happy and would buy it again.

The foot "rest" for this machine is poorly designed. The straps that are supposed to hold your feet in place constantly slip. I've tried to make adjustments to no avail. This is not my first rower, I wore out the previous one I had. I would definitely not purchase this item again. Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer. As it is, I have to stop every 8-10 minutes to tighten the straps.

Out standing machine. Already pushed out 300,000 meters and still going strong no issues.

This rower is very loud. Even rowing on the highest setting doesn’t feel very difficult. Slightly upset about this purchase.
